Check-in and key service
One of our experienced hosts will welcome your guests and tells them everything about your home and the city. During their stay we are available 24/7 for you and your guests.
Pricing and agenda management
Due to our experience and self developed pricing tool we are experts when it comes to determining the optimal night price. We know the best price for each season or during special events in the city.
Happy neighbors, decent guests
We only want guests who handle your home with care and who do not cause nuisance. We screen your guests very carefully and check previous reviews, travel purposes and group compositions.
Your personal account manager
If you have any requests or questions before you leave you can ask your personal account manager. You will meet him or her in person so we get an image of your place and we can help you with any further demands.
Professional cleaning
Both you and your guest want to enter a clean and tidy place. Our team uses sustainable cleaning products and hotel quality linen during the stay.

Renting out your home temporarily should not be at the expense of the viability of our city. The city should remain a livable place for all its residents. We do not support illegal hotels, we believe in sustainable rental.
